Let's have a confidential, no obligation discussion about how we can help you and your family.
We will provide you with detailed information on expected costs once we understand your specific concerns and assessment needs. Depending on the reason for referral, the assessment process generally includes:
Background information gathering (through conversations and/or questionnaires).
In person assessment time, often between 2 - 4 hours. A feedback conversation regarding initial results.
Analysis of results and background information (e.g. school reports, other professional reports).
Writing of report with all results, analysis, and recommendations. If relevant, Special Assessment Declaration completed (generally for secondary school students).
Depending on the nature of assessment, sometimes it may be necessary to complete observations in an environment such as school. This will be discussed prior, if needed.
If required, a referral to further professionals can be completed, e.g. paediatrician. This will be discussed prior, if recommended.
As a general guide, our pricing begins at $950 for a cognitive assessment (the 'baseline') with additional fees for academic and behavioural assessments.
